First: Transport. The Hotel is in an area where there are several bus stops, which makes it possible to come from the train station directly to the Hotel and from the Hotel to different areas of the city in an easy and fast way (the bus network is great but a challenge to use, at least for those of us who don't read Hebrew). Second: location. It's roughly in the middle of Tel-Aviv, on one of the most well-known streets, being within easy walking distance of the main places to visit (although visiting the museums next to the university is better with the help of the Bus). Third: the staff. The employees were all very friendly and available to help us with whatever we needed. Room: the rooms. Spacious, well decorated and with a large and very stylish bathroom (with shelves where to put all the things associated with the bathroom). We didn't want to pay the extra for breakfast (we don't eat much in the morning) but what we saw looked really good. If you don't need a full breakfast, there are numerous bakeries throughout the city (and one of them is right in front of the Hotel). An experience to repeat on a possible return to Tel-Aviv :-)

Requested accessible room (traveling with wheelchair). Hotel provided us with a roll-in shower and grab bars in the shower and around toilet. Our plan included breakfast. Most people at the cafe were either Israeli or European. Staff spoke English as well as other languages. Any request was greeted with a smile and accommodation. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location is the CENTER of Tel Aviv. Walking distance to pedestrian malls and the beach (if you are able take a brisk walk). Taxis are easy to find with the GETT app. Bottom line: Highly recommend.

Clean, thoughtfully decorated. Excellent shower with great water temperature and pressure. Nice staff, multi-part breakfast. Lots of space to read/work in the lobby area and outside cafe area. Complimentary two bottles of water, plenty of tea + coffee if you're staying just one night. It was easy to figure out how to use the card for various things, AC was responsive. The description for mine was a "twin bed" but it was definitely a somewhat larger size than that and could have possibly accommodated two small adults if need be, and was roomy for one.

- perfectly located in Allenby Street, near Shuk HaCarmel as well as close to the beaches. Lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. - never met such nice, helpful and understanding staff in my life! Doron was so lovely and flexible to adjust our booking over and over again during state of war. - the room and all utilities were very clean and comfortable - the café located on 1st floor serves delicious breakfast, snacks and drinks - it‘s absolutely good value for money
